At DiamondBoss.ca, we take great care to ensure your diamond and jewelry purchases are delivered securely, safely, and efficiently.


1. Secure Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEx and DHL.

  • Signature upon delivery is mandatory for all shipments.

  • Packages cannot be delivered without an authorized recipient signature.

This policy is implemented to protect both the customer and DiamondBoss.ca from loss, theft, or delivery disputes.


2. Signature Requirement & Proof of Delivery

  • A completed delivery with a valid signature constitutes final proof of delivery.

  • Once a shipment is marked as delivered and signed for, DiamondBoss.ca is not responsible for claims of non-receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

For security reasons, carriers will not release packages without a signature.


3. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

  • DiamondBoss.ca is not liable for packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • DiamondBoss.ca is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Address changes after shipment may not be possible.


5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.


6. International Shipments

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking indicates the package was not delivered, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

  • If tracking confirms delivered with signature, the shipment is considered fulfilled.


8. Refused Shipments

  • Refused deliveries may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees where applicable.

  • Custom orders remain final sale.
