Signature upon delivery is mandatory for all shipments.

2. Signature Requirement & Proof of Delivery

A completed delivery with a valid signature constitutes final proof of delivery.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered and signed for, DiamondBoss.ca is not responsible for claims of non-receipt.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
For security reasons, carriers will not release packages without a signature.
3. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

8. Refused Shipments
