Shipping
All products purchased from our website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via FedEx Overnight, insured delivery with signature required.
The cost of shipping is covered. Once your order has been handed over to FedEx, we will send you an email with your tracking confirmation details.
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday.
Please note that Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available.
If you purchase multiple products in one order, they may ship separately. However, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.
To ensure safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import fees or taxes.

Returns
At Diamond Boss, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and customization of every product we create. Because each piece—especially custom designs—takes several days to weeks to complete, we do not offer returns or refunds on any custom products purchased. Refunds are available for in stock items purchased. Refund requests must be submitted to Diamondboss.co@gmail.com within 7 days of product date.
For custom pieces, to ensure full satisfaction and clarity during the design process, we follow a collaborative and transparent approach. You will receive multiple approvals and design updates throughout production, ensuring your final piece is exactly what you envisioned.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing diamondboss.co@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
Your full name and email address
A written description of the damage
A clear photo of the damaged item
You must also return the damaged product to us at the address provided below (return shipping cost is your responsibility).

Only reports that meet these requirements will be processed.
If your claim is approved by our insurance provider, we will notify you via email and begin production of a replacement product, free of charge.
