At DiamondBoss.ca, we are committed to transparent, fair, and competitive pricing. Due to the nature of diamonds and custom jewelry manufacturing, pricing is subject to the following terms:

1. Dynamic Diamond Pricing

  • Diamond prices fluctuate based on global market conditions, supplier pricing, and availability.

  • Prices displayed on our website are not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and payment is processed.

  • In rare cases of pricing discrepancies or supplier changes, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders prior to shipment.

2. Custom Jewelry Pricing

  • Custom-made jewelry pricing is based on design complexity, diamond specifications, metal selection, and labor.

  • Quotes provided for custom work are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Changes to design, materials, or specifications may result in price adjustments.

3. Pricing Errors & Corrections

  • While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors, technical issues, or supplier updates may occasionally affect displayed prices.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or modify affected orders.

  • Customers will be notified promptly if any correction is required.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • Prices shown may not include applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) unless explicitly stated.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are time-limited and subject to change without notice.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

  • Certain products, including custom orders and loose diamonds, may be excluded from promotions.

6. Price Matching

  • We may offer price matching at our discretion for identical diamonds or products from authorized, reputable retailers.

  • The competitor item must be verifiable, available for purchase, and match specifications exactly.

  • Price matching does not apply to clearance sales, auctions, or private listings.

7. Currency & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Exchange rate variations may apply for international payment methods.

  • Orders are considered final only after successful payment authorization.

8. Deposit & Payment Terms (Custom Orders)

  • Custom jewelry orders may require a non-refundable deposit prior to production.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before shipment or delivery.

  • Pricing is locked once production begins.
