About DiamondBoss and the Website

Through the Website, DiamondBoss offers fine and custom diamond jewelry, including but not limited to engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and earrings (collectively, the “Products”).

We also offer made-to-order and personalized creations through our Custom Design Inquiry feature.

While we strive to display our Products accurately, the color, brilliance, and appearance of gemstones and metals may vary depending on your device’s screen or monitor settings.

DiamondBoss is not responsible for typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors.

Custom Jewelry Orders

You may request a Custom Design by submitting details via our “Custom Inquiry” form. Required information includes your name, email, desired jewelry type, diamond quality, metal preference, and other design specifications. You may upload sketches, inspiration images, or reference materials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not submit any harmful files, software, or viruses.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or creation of the Custom Product. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine feasibility. If approved, we will contact you to discuss design details and pricing.

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (30%) of the quoted estimate is required before production begins. Production times vary based on complexity, typically ranging from two to six weeks.

Once the custom piece is complete, the remaining payment must be made prior to shipping.

If unforeseen material or labor costs increase the final price, DiamondBoss will notify you. You may either (a) pay the revised amount in full or (b) cancel the order, in which case your money will be refunded.

Payment Processing

By purchasing Products on our Website, you authorize DiamondBoss and its payment processor (such as Shopify Payments or Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total cost, including shipping and taxes if applicable.

You confirm that all payment information provided is true, accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All payments are subject to Shopify’s applicable payment and transaction terms.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, DiamondBoss may offer promotions or discount codes.

To qualify, you must enter the discount code during checkout and meet any stated eligibility requirements.
